Here's a very pleasing set of somewhat alternative, folkie, countryish (but not all of ‘em) pop songs, all written and sung by Canadian Jenny Whiteley. Her singing is unstrained & very natural, like a Catie Curtis or Margo Timmins, not at all like the divas who dominate country radio these days. Backing musicians are skillful and restrained.
