Bright, folky, slightly lo-fi, super-indie pop. Lots of falsetto harmonies, (falsetto-core?). The lyrics are pretty stupid ("You are tiny and your lips are like little pieces of bacon") in an often endearing, preteen sort of way. RIYL The Shins, Woods. It's all about track 2. FCC: 4, 6? –Andy
*1 - Long instrumental intro, chill groove with Woods-like vox, kind of sounds like a brighter, twangy xx
**2 - Catchy, jangly, plaintive indie rock, strongly evocative of the Shins; great production
3 - Lush, mellow, wandering, a little bit Yellow House era Grizzly Bear
*4 - FCC: "shit,"; solid rhythm section provides an interesting touch, as do anxious vox
5 - Whiny folk-rock ballad, derivative of Neil Young in every way except that the lyrics are really dumb
6 - FCC?: is "cum" FCC safe? Your call. Tries to be a weirder Shins, comes off a little forced but has some nice acoustic guitar
7 - Sweet country rock, pedal steel and all, with nice female vox in parts
*8 - Quiet, pretty and gentle with distinct Shins guitar, picks up at end
*9 - Long, mostly upbeat indie rock, a little like Broken Social Scene
10 - Wistful lo-fi indie pop, pretty cool two-electric-guitar instrumental break, tries to be an epic closer but isn't
