A) Slowly churning rock and roll with pained lyrics, sneered vocals and snarling guitar solos. Lots of jazz instrumentation including some great saxophone bits and some Nels Cline-esque guitar solos.
B) Slow acoustic guitar strumming with husky, gravelly layered male vocals, thudding piano riffs and hazy organ. The tempo picks up halfway through and the track transforms into a high-energy rocker.
