Sleep Good: Skyclimber This upbeat, folksy, acoustic album smacks of Beirut, Iron & Wine, and especially Seabear. Ripe with distance-sounding vocal harmonies and interesting instruments. FCC clean. Try 6, 11, 2.
1) A good tune to take for a jaunt through the country.
2) Echo-y vocals, bouncy strings, and joyous drums. Wins coolest song title award (“Schlitterbahn”—it’s so fun to say, just try it!).
3) Matt & Kim-like vocal harmonies.
4) Tambourines, tinny piano.
5) Almost like a jig.
6) Intriguing chord progressions. Instrumental piano & drums.
7) Harmony of falsetto and baritone.
8) There’s a Beatles sound to this one.
9) Strumming guitar and violin.
10) Ear-catching sound effects and melody (instrumental).
11) Interesting, rapid instrumental track.
12) Introspective and lyrical.
13) Fast-moving and upbeat.
14) Plodding and mysterious-sounding instrumentals.
15) Punctuated violins and drums, with the usual vocal harmonies.
