Recently unearthed (on a limited vinyl release) early 80’s (1980 to be exact) Heavy Metal from Toledo, Ohio with some bits of late 60s/early 70’s “high energy rock”/proto-punk. Mike Matney’s – vocals jump around from a Rob Halford-like soaring to a sci-fi Iggy to Lemmy. Hard to believe it’s the same guy on every song. Very under the radar & well worth your time. More evidence for the first wave of metal-punk crossover.

(((1))) High pitched droning keyboard intro.
(((((((2))))))) Amazing drum bashing intro. Total aggressive & soaring ‘Priest-ish Metal with fuzzed out guitars.
((((((3)))))) Totally dystopian sci-fi, hard riffin’ punk with very Iggy vocals (complete with Midwest accent!). Cool lyrics, too.
(((((((4))))))) Whoa!? Different vocalist? Hard & Heavy Metallic Punk that mixes both the Stooges AND Motorhead.
(((((5))))) Drum laden, heavy trudgin’ riffs, vocals are kinda lo-fi & distant.
(((((((6)))))) Great bombastic riffing & drumming and slinky early BOC/mid-period Ozzy Sabbath mix.
((((7)))) (FCC “shit” in the beginning). Acoustic, instrumental guitar jams with some loose drums.
(((((8))))) Raw & LOUD distortion with cymbal-heavy drums. Oddly similar to a much heavier, early Van Halen sans the flash
