This album is one long track (1.06.40 to be exact). It is an amalgam of sound and one “song” leads into the next. If you are paying attention you may be able to use the shortened chunks in your playtime if you don’t want to use the whole track. The themes change fairly rapidly. The review that follows breaks down the segments. WARNING: do not listen to album while on licit psychedelics, or do (could be extremely damaging or outrageously fun)

Influences: pysch pop, ethereal folk, dream drone, Disney’s Fantasia, LSD

0sec – 4:04 : Trippy land, lots of banging and bopping. Some random vocals. No consistent melody.
4:04 – 8:00: Folky Alice in Wonderland vocals. Lots of birds and other woodland noises. Ethereal female vocals, childlike sounds.
8:00 – 10:33: more female singing with sweeping melody. Cartoony, tingy, guitar, and chimes.
10:33 – 13:07 : Guitar deepens so do female vocals. Language changes too. Still lazy lullaby.
13:07 - 16:00 : Speaking in elvish maybe? Back to trippy changing sounds and sweeping lazy female vocals. If I were in a Victorian ghost story I would expect to hear this background melody.
16:00 – 18:54: Oh goody, now we are at a creepy carnival. Discordant organ music.
18:54 – 22:26: now switched to guitar and flute music. @20:00 lilting vocals and cello are added. Very soft sweet sounds.
22:26 – 25.44: Distinct change in vocal quality. Slower, deeper, echo-y. Almost feel as if I am listening to a medieval ballad.
25:44 – 28:41: picking up pace a bit. Very hippy feeling, sounds of Aquarius maybe? “Cosmic vibrations on my soul”
28:41 – 31.12 : ***Male speaking in mixed up words. A fairy tale about Prinderella. I like this track but it’s not a song, rather a spoken story. I can clearly see it as he describes. Very cool
31:12 – 33.37: ***Guitar, French female vocals. Most mainstream song on track. Light percussion. Upbeat.
33:37 – 36:00 : Happy stroll down the street in the 60’s with a flute in one hand and guitar in the other. This song belongs in a video game or a Zoloft commercial.
36:00 – 37.22: Changing into a more electronic reverby type sound. Trip is getting weird folks! Pretty sure space invaders just showed up.
37.22 – 41:25 : Rocking out on this track . . .what’s that, sounds familiar right? That’s Magic Man by Heart. Don’t get too used to it though, it quickly changes to a woman singing LA LA LA for 2+ minutes (don’t judge)
41:30 – 43:30: Wanna keep rocking out, keep it locked. Funk-i-fied bass and rhythm.
43:30 – 46.05: Discordant chiming. Pots and pans with a children’s xylophone. Organ music comes in to fill in the melody a bit.
46:05 - 47:20: Woodland sounds, woody flute and percussion. Lady vocals singing lalalala. Lazy, slow, melodic
47:20: - 50.39: unnerving vocals. Several women who are not in tune singing against a piano that is only playing 2 notes. The songs are changing pretty rapidly now. Coherency is sacrificed for style.
50:40 – 53.17: solid break between songs. Light flute. Airy, ethereal, birds. Guitar. Very calming.
53.18 – 55:22 : Alarm clock. Is this a new day? Sounds like morning to me.
55:22 – 57:55: Spanish female vocals. Ghostly sounds in background. Cool melody, interesting mix of styles and genres. Mariachi, jazz, old western, 40’s horror movie.
57:56 – 59:50 : New sunny sound. Female vocals, airy without much depth. Is that a tuba?
59:50 – 1.02.05: changing frequencies. Slow, plodding. Tingy. More LALALALA. Changing again into trippiness. Watch your step.
1.02.05 – 1.03.40: Guitar plucking and some electric thrown in. Strange vocals that aren’t really with the melody.
1.03.43 – 1.06.40: Airy female vocals again. Sweeping sounds. We’ve come full circle. Dreamland is leaving and sanity is restored.
