Garage-rock from Athens with alt-country and indie rock flavors; I'd say Calexico, Pavement, Meat Puppets all get invoked. Gruff male vocals, gritty guitars, and occasional horns are arranged well across an impressive dynamic and stylistic spread. A few action-soundtrack-worthy instrumentals are the highlights, but the rest is also solid.
