Dreamy and echoey pop with female lead vocals. A bit of Rilo Kiley. It’s a 4 song EP and gives a taste of their self-titled album released last year (2010). No FCC’s. *My Favorites*: 3, 4. 1. (3:53) Slow / Mid. Spacey, dreamy with organ, keys. Vocals are really stretched out and echoey. 2. (4:01) Slow / Mid. Swirling organ, ominous piano. Sounds like a pipe dream, very metallic and cold. 3. *(2:43) Mid. Upbeat and cheery. Kind of an updated ’80’s keyboard / organ feel. 4. *(3:04) Mid. Everything sounds low in the mix, like it was recorded at a low volume. Percussion predominates. | ||
