Fun and happy folk music from Quebec based on les pieds (a form of seated clogging unique to Quebec). Hot fiddles, sweet accordion and warm male vocals. Mostly upbeat and so cool. From members of Quebecois supergroup La Bouttine Souriante. Play it all, folks – every track is delicious. We love this. Lyrics in French. 1. Happy midtempo la-la into upbeat fiddles. 2. Upbeat then midtempo vocals. Sweet, warm. 3. Low key folksy midtempo w/cool vocals. 4. Upbeat strings/stomps then harmonica. Lots of energy. Cool! 5. Foot-stomping folk w/a delicious Franco-Celtic sound. 6. Fiery fiddling, fast vocals. A fun and playful sound. 7. Quebecois reel mid/uptempo w/great playing from all. 8. Downtempo and sweet.
