Yazan al-Rousan fronts debut album of up-beat, indie, pop band from Amman, Jordan formed in 2007. Studio & live (6, 7, 8) tracks. Yazan - vocal/percussion/guitar; Wisam- keyboards; Avo – bass; Burhan – drums; Bashar – saxophone; Hamza - electric guitar.

Tracks
***1. Safir (Travel) – wailing guitar and keyboard intro, voice @ 1:50 - 7:31
***2. Mirsal (Searchlight) – classic rock guitar riff & Yazan singing solo - 4:21
3. ‘Ayyat fi al-matar (Crying at the Airport) – slow, acoustic guitar & vocal solo – 3:06
**4. Qulli al-rukhus (The cop said where’s my license) big band, bluesy sound - 3:32
5. Habsa wa-lamsa – starts slow, acoustic, a bit like Leonard Cohen, everyone and mid-tempo at :42 - 5:36
6. Kanabay (Canape) – acoustic guitar intro, Yazan singing spoken word style. Depends on the Arabic humor, so won’t work for our audience - 3:57
***7. Ma fi ishi tsawi (You have nothing to do) – slow acoustic guitar, Yazan solo at 1:10, then the whole band mid-tempo at 1:45. Big sax role - 8:18
****8. Ya salam (Wow/Okay! Everything is fine, we have no money) - Upbeat, happy despite all that’s going on. Nice electric guitar riff. – 7:09
