Bilingual power pop meshed with post-punk, for the most part, although you do have your odd, Americana tinged tracks and dramatic instrumentation. The vocals are dramatic and pretty awesome. Sounds like Calexico, maybe BSS on the more straightforward rock tracks. Try 1,3,6 for rock, 8 for flamenco.
(U=upbeat, M=midtempo, D=downtempo)
†1.U: Lo-fi recording. Catchy pop punk. Spanglish vocals & awesome chorus.
2.M: Poppy, guitar based track. Apprehensive beat and several vocal layers.
†3.M: Quick syncopated beat, driving rhythm, power pop vocals. Best intro ever. Z shiz.
4.M:(Tentative FCC: God-damn) Dramatic strings and guitar solo, larger than life chorus, a lot of cooing, etc. Hollywoodesque.
5.D: Jangly guitar, alt-country rhythm. Sounds very much like Neko Case. Long odd piano outro.
†6.U: Catchy pop punk again, with several layers of vocals in the chorus, and amazing guitar work, almost flamenco style.
7.M. Raunchier guitar-based, repetitive beat. Pretty straightforward rock jam.
†8.M: Flamenco guitars, dramatic tale-telling, even some dramatic tango piano-playing. ~6s silence.
9.D: Airy and sparse. Grave piano and not much else.
