Traditional Japanese taiko drumming with a few original & World sounds & rhythms. Taiko drumming is said to resemble a mother's heartbeat as felt in the womb. check out utube Kodo Heartbeat for some live performances. New album for their 30th anniversary should be out soon. They played Zellerback Hall in Berkeley Feb 03 2011.
