Chill IDM/ambient. Downtempo electronic stuff – I think Truc and Whitney would be all over this. Kind of cerebral and restrained as far as this music usually goes. This is unique – never really falls into the trappings of the build/climax of the genre and the polyrhythmic influences are unexpected. An interesting venture by our favorite Australians at Hidden Shoal Recordings.

1. Light sequenced percussion, with some interesting ascending/descending strings in second half. (3:54)
2. Electronic boops and bleeps, reserved, minimalistic, spacious. (3:55)
*3. Watery deep tones, sample of crowd noise, complex percussive rhythm comes in, a little bit uneasy. (4:16)
4. Sounds of scribbling and other interesting scrapings give way to gentle, eerie lullaby. (3:12)
5. Dreamy, shimmery, lush, gorgeous. (5:16)
*6. Reversed tones, strings, insistent little rhythm, repetitive but hypnotic, sampled male voice, feedback and piano comes in later. (5:46)
7. Piano chord female midnight ballad with lots of delay and steady snare, dreamy strings. (4:42)
8. More frenetic, urgent percussion, spacey effects, bass. (3:16)
*9. Looped feel, delicate toy piano type thing and big sweeping strings, rhythm bubbles over. (3:35)
10. Baby-making IDM with some interesting tonal choices. (3:33)
11. Watery, rainy sound effects, deep synthesizer, off-feel to it. (4:22)
