A drone-heavy journey that shies away from “spacey” or “psychadelic” wandering, opting instead for more intimate, emotive moods. Often minutes go by without much thematic variation. The first half is much more drone-heavy than the second, but it’s solid throughout. Instrumental; FCC clean.

1. Smooth, pulsating drone ascends slowly as the song progresses. Industrial noises echo in the background very faintly toward the end.

2.*** Wind and city-street noises blend well with a wispy synth melody. Noises are worked in well and give the song an intimate feel. A few minutes in, drones develop and intensify for the rest of the track. Pretty ominous stuff.

3. Pretty chord progression played on an effects-laden guitar kicks it off, and drones rise from underneath. Almost bluesy in parts. The guitar develops variations on the main theme throughout the song, with drones swelling periodically. Sounds like the guitarist is lamenting.

4.*** Joyful glockenspiel ringing, rain, and fuzz provide the backdrop for some pretty piano improvisation. Very optimistic mood, nice and brief.
