Long drone/experimental compositions by the self proclaimed, “worst band in Seattle.” Ranges from celestial ambient to tense free rock to free jazz, featuring treated guitars, electronics, saxophone, and synths. Wins major points for having possibly the greatest album art I’ve ever seen. This would be a mainstay on the Orangeasm because of the mixture of music quality and humor. It’s probably best to mix this in with some other textures and layers (especially the beginning of track 2).

1. Chill glacial start, pretty minimal ambient feel, looped guitars and electronics, slowly free percussion and guitar dreaminess seeps in and builds to a wall of freaky dreamy rock before breaking down to hypnotic, rhythmic, looped release, which veers into strange, loose X territory. (28:14)

2. Found sounds and experimentation and pronounced sax, straight free jazz for first 7 minutes, sax sounds like a crying baby, goes into epic, thunderous free rock. Yum. Or should I say meow? Instruments drop out for tribal, simple tom drum hypno-groove, morphs into a late-Swans period dirge. (25:35)
