Double 3” split release from Debacle. Say what? This one looked just too cool to pass up. Both discs are from Washington-based musicians. Both discs are pretty abrasive experimental stuff.
(Track 1 is on the pink disk. 2 and 3 are on the grey disk.)
FCC CLEAN (but you might get some complaints from listeners anyway…)
1. (15:50) Power electronics, a bit of a noise wall going on. Rough and rugged but with some interesting textures. You can think of it as a “diet Jliat” of sorts.
2. (8:46) Staticy. Subtle ringing elements and echoed indiscernible spoken word. Splits open at 2:30 to usher in a blustery static storm or noise.
3. (7:39) Ringing distorted guitar. Looped extraterrestrial vocal samples.
