ZK # 984135 Gregorhythme - "Yangango" (Digitaline Remix) - Label: Cityfox
An all-Swiss production team (Gregorhythme + Digitaline). Digitaline released some stuff earlier this year on Cadenza, which is Luciano's label, and also Swiss This time it's Zurich-based Cityfox on the imprint, which normally releases more minimal and techy stuff than "Yangango." This is end of the night material: dirty bassline, spacey synths, reverbed-out African chant vocals...but manages to remain supremely tasteful.
