Alain Ho - "I Remember The Future" - Buzzin' Fly
Ben Watt's label Buzzin' Fly continues to venture deeper into late night territory. There is nothing deep house about this, despite what the producer and label might lead you to believe. This is pure grey area stuff -- chunky drums with a deep, driving bassline doing the classic minor triad walk. Such a simple recipe…and so freaking good.
