Velvet Elvis -- Favorite Horses -- (Cae-Sur-A)

The Rochester, NY rock n' roll band evokes a gritty and angry young Crazy Horse and acid/stoner rock. Lots of big guitar solos, squeeling, power chords and wah wah pedals. Most of the tracks have the same beat, speed and feel to them.
Track 1 and 5 are the best. No FCCs.

*1. (4:58) -- Mid-fast. Big guitars, power chords, Meatloaf-esque squeals. Tom tom drums and gurgling bass. Slightly epic.
2. (7:35) -- Mid-slow. Ride symbols and galloping Iron Maiden palm muting. Vocals kick in at 2:30. Pretty long and boring.
3. (4:30) -- Mid-slow. Repetitive heavy, crunchy guitars. Still plenty of lead guitar and high-pitch squeal.
4. (6:00) -- Slow. Low heavy chords and leads. Lots of symbols. Picks up speed toward end. Pretty epic vocals.
**5. (2:38) --Slow acoustic Female/Male vocal duet. Country western. Cool! Play it.
