Heavy Scottish indie-rock. Many tracks have long (but excellent) instrumental periods.  Would recommend any track for airtime, but particularly 1, 5, 7, 10.  FCC clean.

**1) Circles and Squares (5:19): Fast, Chili Peppers-like bassline with Gaslight Anthem-like vocals
2) Medicine (3:46): fast contemporary Brit-punk, in vein of Arctic Monkeys
3) Through the Dirt and the Gravel (4:06): noisy track with heavy bassline and quieter, more intimate choral breaks
4) Act on Impulse (5:31): First two minutes are a mid-tempo instrumental build.  Keeps pace throughout the song.
**5) Hard to Remember (4:35): slow, dark rocker. Singer’s Scottish accent comes out.
6) Picture of Health (4:22): Mid-tempo, lots of snare drum.
**7) Sore Thumb (5:17): slow, catchy guitar lick. Vocals don’t kick in until 2:24, then the track quits vocals to rock out at 2:56 before turning back to the slow lick and ending.
8) Boy in the Backseat (5:21): starts slowly then becomes a very fast paced rocker.
9) Human Error (3:02): Starts cold. Fast pace, very drum/percussion heavy
**10) Pear Tree (6:36): Starts cold.  Mid-tempo, angry.  Slows at 1:42 to a quiet guitar-picking with vocals.  Drums pick back up at around 3:00 and builds into the album’s final big jam.
