New split from Rainbow Valley and Black Sky Chant (formerly of Bedroom Bear). Both sides feature spacey, high-soaring sonic manipulations. And both sides rule. |
This comes to us from Sangroplasmo, a new Polish label that lists its main inspirations as “beautiful nature, unidentified flying objects and people like Wilhelm Reich, Jean Jacques Rousseau, Pier Luigi Ighina…”
1. (15:28) “Ursus Hymn” Tranquil and serene with gentle static undulations and an almost spiritual quality. Definitely hymnal. Slow fade-out.
2. (10:01) “Summerdrop Stream” Just as its name implies. Over-the top keyboard radiance. Nice use of background vocals too. Employs lots of similar song elements as bands like Sundrips, Tim Hecker, Konntinent, and Mega Bats.
