Altostratus Translucidus

Minimal electronic. Lots of beats with ambient in there, too. Is this minimal techno? The second half of the album sounds a lot like Gas. I’m no expert on that style, but I can say it’s sexy 4/4 dancy electronic beats with atmospheric pads. The first half of the album is closer to reference points like loscil, Praguedren, Starcircleanatomy. Generally long (6-7 min) tracks with plenty of space and room to build. Berlin composer wrote the album during a snowstorm. No FCCs, all instrumental.
