Australian death-noise-destruction-(kinda?)-metal band—there really is no other way to describe these guys—this is their latest recording that sounds like being disemboweled in another dimension. They tune their guitars almost as low as a bass, and the bass is tuned down lower than the lowest depths of hell, all intensified by guttural vocals and schizophrenic, ballistic tempos. Enduring the experience of listening to Portal is a threat to your sanity. RIYL Disembowelment (the band and the cause of death), Ulcerate, Gorguts, or if you are having a nervous breakdown and want to be driven to a serial killing spree before landing in the loony bin.
FCC clean. Every single “song” (if you can call them songs) is fucking brutal and amazing.
