Glitter and soulful house. Well that is just wonderful. Two of the most interesting names in electronic music, Lone and Motor City Drum Ensemble, team up to remix Midland, one of the new shooting stars of the scene. As you would expect, the two take very different approaches, yet there is a strange similarity between the two remixes. Truly excellent music.
Try: Both, but try 2 first
FCC: Clean
1) 7:07 * Tense. Steady synthesizer backdrop mixed with some of Lone's signature percussion. Mellow and wobbly.
2) 6:02 ** Classic Motor City Drum Ensemble. A dark, steady synthesizer riff echoes the golden days of house with a new twist. Play it, please.
