I was prepared for some hardcore country, based on the appearance and name of this album, but I was pleasantly surprised. This is more of a cross genre, fusional type work that, for me, is defying description. More of a funk and vintage sound. I liked: 1, 3, 5, 6, 7,10, and 11 the best, but it’s all good.

*1. Slow - Very James Brown-esque. Funk beat to mystical lyrics.
2. Med - Lounge vibe/progressive rock
*3. Med - Deep voiced vocals accompany this dance/soul/funk
4. Med - Reminds me of 60s motown/70s soul
*5. Med - 70s funk with lyrics descriptive of how we’re living
*6. Slow/Med - sounds very retro at beginning and then am soul
*7. Med - Nice dance groove.
8. Med - Soft and gentle 70s sound
9. Slow/Med - mainly interesting progressive rock sound
*10. Slow - Lenny Kravitz/70s retro vibe
**11. Slow - Nice funky sounds at beginning. Marvin Gaye vibe
12. Slow/Med - Lounge, urban, street sounds that evolve into beat
