Review: After a series of EPs, this is Carrington’s debut CD, which she says is about the healing and redemptive power of erotic love. What emerges is a collection of songs; some new, some spanning a few years, and a pair of covers, which are atmospheric, brimming with emotion, desire and resistance, and full of compelling sonic space.
