this is what i have dreamed of sonic youth doing since 'thousand leaves;: a pop album with sy's signature sound.
lee renaldo delivers. and it's awesome!
FCC CLEAN.

*1. soft begin, kicks into vibes and a feeling of imminence.
*2. poppy, jangley. very foo fighters.
*3. slow and dramatic. got some theremin-it's epic, baby!
4. pace picks up and pops. neil young.
5. slow to mid. acoustic git (hey: remember mtv acoustic?)
*6. slow mid fast and cheesy. very matt sweet -it's epic, baby!
