Washington DC area teenage noise prodigy, probably the youngest person to play a Sonic Circuits affiliated gig—this is his self-released debut recording, a modest collection of three insane tracks. Lots of glitchy loops, screeching broken-sounding instruments, static buzzing, pretty much the soundtrack to a beautiful nightmare you don’t want to wake up from because you realize real life is even worse. I’m sure everyone at his high school thinks he’s a total weirdo but those ignorant jerkoffs are all missing out—don’t make the same mistake they are, and play this NOW. RIYL Ernesto Diaz-Infante, White Pee, Tuusanuuskat, Akke Phallus Duo
1. (2:40) Eerie looping field recording ambiance quickly buried by whirring noise onslaught driven by plodding drums; just when you think it’s over, a massive burst of refrigerator drone destroys everything.
2. (6:34) erratic collage of found-sound samples, looped distorted voices and crowd noise, slowly evolving layers of fuzz swirl around and clang in a thick atonal goop
3. (4:52) blurry synth modulations, windchimes, lots of blipping blooping weirdness—wonderful
