Rhythms and some instruments from Northeast Brazil lend this NYC group an American take on country music from Brazil.
Vocals are good, the band sounds good, interesting fusion of Brazilian & English vocals.
***1: 3:46 fast, almost African Blues guitar at start. Northeast Brazil 'forro' accordion featured. Violin and percussion make for a kind of forro rock.
2: 3:55 mid to faster male vocal in English. Violin featured.
**3: 3:37 mid to faster, 'forro' accordion, male vocal in English.
4: 5:00 mid tempo male vocal in English, some percussion & accordion
***5: 2:31 faster male vocal in English, violin & accordion featured, a Bluegrass/Country Brazilian fusion.
6: 4:52 mid tempo, male vocal in English
***7: 3:44 mid to faster Instrumental, guitar, accordion, violin & percussion
*8: 3:32 berimbau ( single steel wire on a bow struck with a stick) intro, accordion with male vocal in English, mid tempo
***9: 3:52 mid to faster Instrumental, accordion & percussion yield nice
Brazilian sound
10: 4:44 mid to faster male vocal in English with accordion & percussion
11: 4:25 mid to faster male vocal in English with accordion, percussion & rock guitar
***12: 3:48 mid tempo, minimal CUICA, male vocal in English with accordion & percussion
