Huge stony all-out classic rock hero worship from Ty Segall on drums and Charlie Moothart (Moonhearts, Ty Segall band) on guitar. Aptly named; this is built around big distorted guitar riffs and solos, driven by a a ferocious rhythm section. Great blend of the retro flavors of Ty Segall & White Fence and the pure volume of Ty Segall Band. Bluesy, psychy, heavy; fits right in with stuff from the birth of metal. Snotty lyrics from Segall's earlier stuff re: girls, cars have been transferred to reflections on humanity and mental health.

RIYL: Black Sabbath, Hendrix, Zeppelin, Fu Manchu

*1 (5:01) 2-minute wandering blues-psychy intro before launching into a huge chugger of a track, big solos at end
2 (3:12) Stomping, upbeat bluesy; gets spacier, louder, poppier as it goes
*3 (3:55) Slower, quieter beginning; slow but absolutely explosive chorus. 30 seconds of cool down end
4 (5:50) Stomping, pounding, heavy; bluesy plod with a scream here and there. Sped up final 2 minutes
5 (6:13) Straightforward intro, ~5 minutes of solos (guitar, drum, and bass)
*6 (2:21) Groovy garagey rhythm, sexual/religious lyrics, great explosiveness
7 (3:43) Straightforward blues-garage-hard rock, Moonheart sings.
*8 (6:06) Instrumental- really great jam; storms along, solos here and there
