INDIE ROCK. Great band if you like to listen to indie rock. Great use of guitar riffs and hard drum beats, very catchy. Strong male vocals from the lead singer of this English band. They are talented musicians. Songs range from faster, more energized songs to very chill slow songs. Possible FCC violation detected in 9th track, but hard to tell.
1.(4:32) Very catchy guitar riff in the beginning and used throughout. *Definitely their best song on the album.
2.(3:22) Another electric guitar heavy track. Strong male vocals. Fast paced, energized song.
3.(3:26) Slower tempo song, interesting supporting vocals, use of tambourine with a great guitar solo
4.(3:27) Another slower tempo song. Not much to note.
5.(3:04) Use of falsetto, very simple lyrics (a few words a line).
6.(4:03) Slow song. Sort of reminds me of what a modern day Beatles’s song might sound like (at least one of their slower ones).
7.(3:35) Another slow song, good for a night drive back home. Very calming vocals and lyrics.
8.(3:01) Tempo picks up, constant acoustic guitar strumming in background.
9.(2:41) Good music, but questionable content (drug use implied). Possible FCC violation, but hard to hear.
10.(3:13) Good song for some light dancing in your seat. Good use of supporting vocals and upbeat piano beat.
11.(4:18) Song starts off with electric guitar riff, followed by drums and vocals. Moderate tempo song.
12.(3:04) Slow tempo song, interesting percussion instruments, different from previous songs. Has a sort of R&B feel to it.
