Satan’s Wrath/Aeons of Satan’s Reign/Metal Blade
There isn’t too much innovation going on, but then again it’s 2013 and this band is making good ol’ proto-death/black metal. Lyrics are about Satan and delivered clearly but with a bit of a growl and the riffs are normally fast and well done. FCCs: 3, 7????

Only Satan Is Lord - 4:42 - Chanting turns into Slayer-style riffs and decipherable growling vocals about Satan. Fast solos, high pitched howls, and breakneck drums. Cool breakdown at end.
Die White Witch Die - 5:19 - Layered guitars playing similar riffs gives way to similar sound from first track. The layered guitars do come back and it sounds great. Finishes slow and heavy.
Archfiend - 4:57 - Not as fast as prior tracks and riffs are more deliberately delivered. FCC WARNING (fucking)
Ecstasies of Sorcery - 4:05 - Speeds back up with accompanying theatric sounds in the chorus.
Satan’s Blood, Lucifer’s Fire - 5:22 - Massive beginning. Riffs aren’t as fast but definitely hard hitting. Solo has some creative features and captures some of the size of the beginning that last until the end of the song.
All of Us Witches - 3:31 - Samples, then energetic and heavily thrash. Solos are blazing.
Lives of the Necromancers - 5:30 - Heroic riffs in the right places and the middle sections have delightfully heavy and slow parts. Neat-o kinda acoustic section in the middle too. FCC WARNING (semen????)
Aeons of Satan’s Reign - 8:58 - Acoustic intro that sounds almost like a love ballad? When they’re on, riffs are head-bob worthy and well done. There are also sections of breakneck thrash. In general this track is a grab-bag of different styles in the genre.
