A drums / piano duo of Michael Caskey and Johnny Iguana belting out a highly-charged set of rollicking, barnburning numbers. Think upbeat piano of Ray Charles, Mose Allison, Ethan Iverson (The Bad Plus) with drums as Keith Moon (The Who) would sound like in a lively jazz setting. It’s the best of barrelhouse, stride, boogie-woogie jazz, bluse, r&b. All INSTRUMENTAL. This stuff KILLS!! No FCC’s.
