Fine new album featuring fresh interpretations of 16 classic songs from Seldom
Scene’s catalogue. Great progressive bluegrass.
1 – (3:04) California Cottonfields* Mid-tempo, fine harmonies, nicely done.
2 – (5:13) Wait A Minute* John Starling returns to sing w/Lou Reid & Dudley Connell.
3 – (2:50) What Am I Doing Hangin’ ‘Round Decent up-tempo bluegrass.
4 – (4:02) Hickory Wind* Emmylou Harris contributes to the vocals, divine.
5 – (2:20) I’ll Be No Stranger There Good up-tempo gospel tune.
6 – (2:32) Walk Through This World With Me* Slow, pretty rendition of George Jones hit.
