Meat Puppet-core/country grunge.
contryish, garagey, punky.
poppy tunes with a lot of fuzz. borders on shambolic. 7 piece ensemble. it's even got pedal steel(?!)
=what's not to love?

SOUNDS LIKE: MEAT PUPPETS, TOM PETTY&THE HEARTBREAKERS, REPLACEMENTS, SOUL ASYLUM, MUDHONEY, ROYAL HEADACHE, ET AL.
PLAY: ANY/ALL/RANDOMEOW/GET DRUNK ON SOME SOUR MILK MOONSHINE NOW.
1. PURR-FECT II:dirty gits rockin' the college bar. poppy, yearny.
2. it's got horns! kinda cheesy, but in a great way.
3. PURR-FECT II: sounds like The Replacements. fast, poppy, rocks.
4. PURR-FECT/FCC WARNING (MAYBE):'SHIT'(sounds like 'shit', but could be 'ship'...i'm assuming the former). it's forlorny in the best way. kinda like a cross between Meat Puppets&Soul Asylum. =it's epic, baby! (oh!: it's got ooo ooo ooo woo's!)
5. PURR-FECT II: piano -I like piano! dirty gits and voice. kinda sounds like Mudhoney.
6. upbeat basher. fun. lifts 'baby' part from Petty song. I forget which tune.
7. PURR-FECT II: pedal steel is prominent. slow number, fuzzed&distorted. country grunge.
8. PURR-FECT II: heavy distortion begin. has an Aussie/Kiwi rock feel. bouncy & upbeat. fun.
9. PURR-FECT II: 60's psych-blues vibe. slowed down, kinda slinky. music for shambolic drunk strippers. (awesomeow!)
10. horns. bittersweet. his vox are pleading, crying. fem vox for duet. sounds like the guy got dumped at the prom.
