Old school (active since the 70's) loop experimentalist uses primarily analogsequenced synths in this release (as opposed to his Fripp'esque trademark guitar). The first six tracks are all synth, relatively brief and come across as interludes or idea fragments, especially since they are often hard panned lending an unmixed quality. Later songs grow longer with the last a 30 minute full band jam epic hypnotic psyche masterpiece. Album, track titles, all reference Frank Herbert's Dune.
