Very original sound. A rock band with many stylin's, jazz, mid-80's pop and world influences with a tremendous sax player. Many discernible influences yet in no way derivative.. this melting pot makes for a fun pop album. Song structure and vocals have clear influence from the Cure (mixed with styles like George Michael, David Bowie, Men at Work) unique vocals you may love or hate. Pro-quality musicianship make this work for me!

***1. Saxy Saxy Sax on the wine terrace tonight, mid-tempo, upbeat musically tight with the jazz flow: stylistic drum brushings, emotive singing leading us back to the party and my favorite the glamourous sax breakaways.

2. Upbeat rock with jazz components: hand clapping w/ lazy fat baseline, extreme 80's sound in the vocals. mid-tempo.

**3. Very upbeat and driven with Latin and African rhythmic flairs, syncopated horns and rhythm drive this track. You will get your house clean listening to this.

****4. Mellow, pretty, reflective. Elements remind me of 80's Lou Reed and David Bowie, short instrumental track. Wish there was more.

**5. Mellow fat bass line, again Lou Reed comes to mind, 80's influences galore.

*6. Very swelling, emotive track, pretty intense. If you like this band, you will love this track.

**7. Darker more sinewy track, cinematic in nature, the slowing down of the city at night with bold vocal, becoming more dramatic towards the end.

8. Flows out well with track 7, more easy-spirited reprise of the first track.
