Beautiful droning psych with folk influence. Warm Deltas is Cyrus Shahmir, a psych musician based in Los Angeles-via-Atlanta. He’s also played with the N.E.C. and Night Cleaner, the latter of which has released some tapes on Geographic North. This release is off Psych Army, which is something of a cult label in the Atlanta psych underground. In the words of Your Imaginary Friend, “killer.”

2. (4:07) ** Hiding—Mellow, subdued psych. Acoustic guitars and dusty manipulated vocals.
3. (7:35) **** Paranormal After Birth—Dense, plodding, gorgeous. Hazy vocals lead to an uplifting finish.
4. (3:50) *** The Shamans Say—Warm, spacious, folky. Reminds me a little of Brian Jonestown Massacre.
5. (11:25) ** M.agno S.ilentio F.acto—Lush, cosmic drone.
