Brooklyn NY man/woman duo: Gothy, 4AD’ish big dramatic dark rock, with angular dissonant guitars, female/male vocals. Bauhaus, Birthday Party, Crime and City Solution come to mind. Great stuff, don’t miss.
1)* (6:04) slow plod, reminds me of an Bauhaus song with the simple guitar hook, dark, dirty dissonant, shifts to a more straight beat 2) (7:49) more ethereal, airy in intro with female vocal element, first part, then turns solid near tribal feel dark beat 3)* (7:50) big slow plod feel but this one has dominant female vocals with tinges of Lydia Lunch passion soaring 4)* (9:53) angular, post punk no wave feel almost in its dissonance, shifts quiet morose, then kicks in more forceful and beat’y, epic
