Flesh Packs "Four Zippy Songs" - Three-piece punk/pop band. This is their debut and it's pretty nice. As stated in the title these are indeed four zippy songs. All are upbeat. Three of the four are quite fun and the other is a bit angrier. Your basic punk/pop group with simple sounding guitar, bass, and drums. It's lo-fi with nice vocal harmonies too. Nothing amazing, but it's fun.
My Picks: A1, B1
Katie P. 6/11/03
A1) Uptempo and bouncy. Totally fun song. Pop with a rough edge that is just slightly punky. Although the chorus sounds pretty epic, it's mostly lo-fi sounding.
A2) Uptempo and bouncy again. Kind of silly. Fcc: says "shit" and "fuck" a few times.
B1) Uptempo and fun. Cute pop song that has a little surf feel. Nice backup harmonies. Cute guitar solo too.
B2) Slightly slower, but still uptempo. A little more angry sounding and more punk attitude on this one. More punk with a touch of pop.
