Very simple, almost pure industrial; drum machine and synth tracks. Beats tended to be on the harsh side, giving little relief in the way of breaks. The minimalism of the album was appealing at times though, and a few of the cuts are worth checking out. Listen to/Play: 1,8,9,12
1)Simple beat and melody. A hard electro feel, a fun track. 2)Slightly faster, simpler beat. Very little direction. 3)Extremely hard, somewhat grating beat and repeated little electronic noise hook. 4)A piano loop with drums, a funky bassline, and strange xylophone noises. Catchy! 5)A trance-y beat with a single piano note being hit again and again…6)A broken-beat, almost b-boy feel. You guessed it, hard and fast. 7)Very repetitive electro-loops over tripping beat. 8)Thick deep beat. Almost trible sound at times. Catchy breaks and hooks. Consider playing in a heavy tribal set! 9)All over the place and rather harsh. 10)A fun cut. A rather funky bassline, pretty minimal beat and a guy going “six pack” again and again. Has a couple breaks. 11)A slightly jazzier feel with a more swinging beat. 12)Trance-y beat. Thinner track on the whole, would play well with minimal or industrial techno. 13)Garble-y synth noises with hand-clap type beat.
