Originally released in 1982 this recording features the Tanzanian-Zairean band with a warm, swaying soukous sound. Happy, dancey, w/vocals, percussion, guitars, and some good horns. It’s an easy, joyful collection of songs. Not as uptempo as similar releases, it nevertheless has a good energy & a catchy sound.

1. Fun, lively, a good introduction to their sound.
*2. Bright & fun w/some nice work from the horn section.
3. Swinging & bright w/warm vocals & lots of good stuff from band
*4. Muted horns, vocals, perc. Lazy and catchy.
5. Nice blend of guitars/vocals/perc. Midtempo.
6. Midtempo & swaying w/lots of all their good stuff.
*7. Good vocals/guitar/perc. Dancey, bright.
8. Lazy and warm. Sweet.
*9. Bouncy, catchy blend of vox/horns/perc. Yay!
10. Almost a Latin sound. A happy little dance.
*11. Vox/humming/perc/strings. Bright & catchy.
