Airy male vocals, layered, with studio layered acoustic guitars, spacey and unique without a drum to be seen (heard). Simple strumming and vocal deliveries, “low fi”. Theres something epic and classic about this. Hard panned and minimally tracked, this goes to show what simple quality and complex creativity can create sans fancy studio BS (or even drums). Really beautiful and lush, if simple. I want to say something like Traffic without the hippy shit or pretense. Or like a good use of guitar picks and strumming. This grows on you if you give it a chance, if you are smart enough to drop a song into the middle of your set. Makes you realize how most bands use a drum set to pound their point into/over your head. Thats the last thing this artist needs.

1) slow guitar strum and airy breathy male vocs, a line-in/Ovation buzzy guitar tone
2) denser, with a nice back-tone, realizing this has an epic tone, slow but urgent guitar strumming and vocals
3) a simple hard panned a cappela vocal “blues” song that is brief and awesome, sounds like it was recorded in the bathroom and closet, hard panned
4) quite pleasant romantic ballad
5) a bit more lush, deep strum, a narcotic distant tone appears late that is just sublime, if not very subtle
6) fuck man, the more I listen the more it makes sense: this is simple yet so lush, melodic and rhythmic, with no drums.
