Derivative over-dubbed jam/funk. Utterly worthless, EXCEPT that the first song happens to be perfect cheese. (I'm thinking for the next time Guy Ritchie wants to make a movie). All instrumental. Formula: Looped funk bassline, funk/ hip hop drums with lots of friendly fills, rhodes loops, soft electronic noises and a touch of glitch. Songs start bare with bass, then drums...adding more loops, build to climax, and then decrescendo.
***1) sugar sweet. catchy drumming to propel beat foward. Classic chord progression looped on rhodes, with added instruments coming in to add to harmony. a gentle electronic glitchy break thrown in. (4:37)
2) just bad. Avoid. (6:58)
3) rhythmic interplay between drums and bass. worth a listen.... maybe (6:04)
4) boring beat. electronic noises. "builds". Bad. Avoid. (4:52)
5) Funky. Strange 3/4=2/4+1/4 beat. Builds to mellow/angsty climax. Last 1:40 really quiet, should be skipped. (8:46)
