Theatric modern pop. They like to throw in a lot of different sounds like trumpets, organs, trombone, violin, & cellos that recalls Kinks. The lyrics are a little darker than the music and the voices would have you believe. I lean towards some of the non-rockers like 6. FCC clean. Picks 2,3,4,11,6
1-(2:40) Mid/slow pop with synthy organ, horns, and falsetto-ey delivery. Farts along in a bubbly way.
**2-(2:03) Mid/fast with some breaks. Sweet 6/8 whistling. Catchy cyclical chord changes. Snide lyrics.
*3-(3:41) Fast. Big pianos. Driving hook. Catchy.
4-(2:19) Mid/fast. 70s rock feel.
5-(3:52) Starts with modern string clusters. Mid/slow.
*6-(3:25) Instr. Cool farty stomp/plod beat. A touch of spy mystery. Goes on for whole song...might consider fading out?
7-(3:02) Slow. Folky acoustic guitar. Damaged voxes.
8-(2:51) Mid. More silly sing-along ooey-oos.
9-(5:03) Slow, a touch on the trippy side, with a star trek synth in the background, and cello. Interesting.
10-(3:27) Corny organ and horse beat. Slow interludes.
*11-(3:30) Winding, snakier version of "Sunny Afternoon" changes. Nice.
12-(4:25) Intentionally channeling bee-gees voices, other times modern pop vox. Slow rocking, violins, trumpets & trombones. Repeats and fades.
