Bedroom folk/ chamber pop. Slight Hawaiian influence. Fragile male vocals (unless otherwise noted). All songs have ukulele. A number of songs have just uke and vocals and then others are more orchestrated.
-Adrian
My picks: 1, 6, 8, 9, 11
1. accordion and ukulele, glockenspiel. Builds nicely with more instruments. F vocals near the end.
2. slow, ukulele strumming. ballady with piano in the background. speed picks up a bit midway through.
3. mid-tempo. ukulele strumming and vocals.
4. slow ukulele.
5. mid-tempo. light brushed drums. Hawaiian-style slide guitar in the background.
6. piano w/ f vocals. cello as well. Nice melody and instrumentation
7. medium-slow. vocals and uke
8. piano and m vocals (echoed, at points)
9. slow, uke and vocals. piano and drums enter later. Distorted guitar solo near the end.
10. accordion, feedback guitar and uke.
a real left turn—a rock version of 8. A good song, too.
