Album Review

Simple sorta low fi pop, female band that reminds me of the best of Lilliput/Kleenix, but with a contemporary electro and loopy sensibility. Simple percussion and songs that rely heavily on simple doubled up vocal melody and rhythm than anything else. Just good stuff that makes you realize that good music can be really simple, not bombastic. Highly recommended for popsters and experimentalists alike. This type of composition should be encouraged. All tracks are great.
1) simple percussion, upbeat and vocally melodic, upbeat
2) upbeat swingy, danceable really, tambourine heavy
3) a simple melody and single line suddenly looped and treated over itself, then picks up to a real song with backwards percussion and weirdness
4) echoey and more trippy feel then picks up to a great rhythmic, almost tribal feel
5) simple but pretty vocal heavy 6) experimental looping feel
7) upbeat instrumental, fillerish
8) upbeat if slow phrased electro feel, kinda like the previous but with vocals colorizing this
9) upbeat happy with a complex yet not pretentious beat and feel
10) kind of a funky amalgam of rhythms and percussion, really awesome.
