Son Jarocho of Veracruz (mid/upbeat Mexican folk music). Lively and sharp featuring warm vocals and great harp/guitar interplays. Plus accordion, flute, keyboards, bass, and more. Rooted in the folk tradition but with a decidedly modern touch. It’s all good stuff.
*1. Warm and joyous, a great intro to the sound.
*2. Great vocals & lively rhythm.
*3. A catchy sway with an almost island sound.
4. Relaxed vocal duet in sweet love song.
*5. Especially good male vocals to this duet. Dramatic & cool.
6. Sweet, relaxed vocals & good string harmonies.
7. Bouncy strings, vocals, a light & catchy sway.
