Dramatic, metallic rock sound sculpture by a one-man art outfit, in 11 tracks, all done with guitar, amp & effects. Sound is drone, doom, dark, tense. Sounds at times like a guy in his room late at night fucking with his guitar. Not the literal fucking, which if that had been the case it’d be a much more interesting album. No vocals whatsoever. FCC clear.
DISC 1 – try 3, 5
1 (3:07) Simple submerged melody in background, whiney guitar fuzzed out pounding comes in for a short while.
2 (15:16) Wailing guitar over affected drone, pretty. An anxious note in background gives this an unhinged feel. Little change, not interesting enough to warrant 15 minutes.
3 (7:04) * Faster guitar grinding over shimmery, spooky drone.
4 (7:57) Slow, sparse. Very nice BUZZ around 5:45…
5 (12:47) * Moves between harsh & pretty drone. If you’re looking for a longer track to play, choose this one over #2.
DISC 2 – try 6, 2
1 (4:54) Starts strong, last half of song builds down
2 (11:11) * Oscillating over tone, over hollow-sounding drone. Nice.
3 (6:27) Fuzz; slow-moving sad guitars.
4 (12:07) slow-burning, crackly feedback. Doom guitar noodling.
5 (9:49) Quiet, light, sparse. Bland.
6 (4:28) * Pleasant guitar reverb
