Composer/performer Jay Cloidt & writer/singer Amanda Moody in premier recording of the music theater piece 'D’Arc: woman on fire' about Joan of Arc interceding for a modern mother whose daughter vanished while working abroad in a war-torn region. Ex-Kronos Quartet cellist Joan Jeanrenaud featured on 6 tracks. Also cellists Danielle DeGruttola & Elaine Kreston; pianist Jon Herbst; guitarist Will Bernard. Vocals in medieval hymn, gospel and opera styles.
